You are invited to the Portland Summer Food Cart Festival and 2nd Annual East County Food Cart Competition. This energetic fundraiser for the developmentally challenged adults ALSO serves is not a sampling event. At our Summer Food Cart Festival you can explore the full menu of all the amazing food carts and trucks present. Our low general admission price gets you into the festival where you can enjoy live music, beer garden, kids zone, plus all the food carts!
