Position: Direct Support Professional

Position: Residential Group Home Manager
Salary: $2200-$2300 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Adult Learning Systems of Oregon, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager to supervise and coordinate services in a group home serving individuals experiencing developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and be available to be on-call every other week. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, EAP, Short Term Disability and others.
Skill Requirements:
Previous experience with supervising staff, program monitoring, and knowledge of the Oregon Administrative Rules is a must. ODL, clean driving record and own car required.
